I watched Girl on the Bridge — starring Daniel Auteuil and Vanessa Paradis — last night, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Philosophical. Funny. Artsy. Black and white. French.
It reminded me a bit of Amélie. I won’t say too much about it except that it involves love, luck, knife throwing, and attempted suicide, and it’s finally available via Netflix.
Wow, I am so into french films these days. Awesome, I will check this out.
